i'm a scotch kinda gal

Okay not really.  But I did give it a try and found that Dewar's with gingerale is nyummy.  You have to put the 'n' in there to really emphasize the yum.  I'm pretty scotchy scotch scotched out right now so this is going to be mainly pictures.  I'm afraid that my witty banter will not be so witty and that my typing skills will start to get away from me at some point.

First maybe I should explain the whole Dewar's thing and why this post is special.  Hahahaha!  That almost slipped my mind and this post would have made zero sense.  This is what drinking does boys and girls.  So Sunda tweeted last week that they would be having a Dewar's tasting event and were inviting 10 people from Twitter.  Blog Nazi being the twitter whore that he is (Omg I said whore on my blog... am I allowed to say that?  Eeks I said it twice!  Oh well I'm buzzy so WHATEVS!) signed us up without even letting me know.  I guess he name dropped the blog and we got in.  LOL.  Classy babe.  Real classy.  Just goes to show what he would do for some Dewar's.

Being the lightweight that I am, I had to order a ton of food to soak up the scotch so I would be somewhat coherent and just in case Blog Nazi got too scotch happy and I would have to carry him out of the place.  Another totally 'SCORE!' moment was when Sunda started passing out some tasty delights.  Yea!!!  Digital high fives for all!

And yea, I wanted something fried so I ordered some Loompya.  Not quite sure this is the correct spelling.  My Filipino relatives are disowning me right now.  Blame it on the ah-ah-ah-ah-ah alcohol.  These are pretty dang legit.  It comes with two sauces, I like the chili sweet and sour one the best but it's good to mix it up.

Yikes this is super close up.  I wish I had some sort of retouching software.  Oh well.  Can you see my freckles?  My friends say it's cute but I think that's just something friends say.  I never even realized I had freckles.  Are there any other asians out there who has freckles?  Raise your hand!  Oh well... back to my drink.
